What happens if I don't pay my Komashi invoice?

Komashi invoices you on the 3rd of each month for the previous month. You get at least one payment reminder before anything happens.

If the invoice is still unpaid 10 days after the invoice date, your account is blocked.

What blocking means

  • All Komashi services for your provider are switched off
  • Your services are treated as expired toward your customers
  • You remain solely responsible for your customers and your own operations during the block
  • Komashi does not handle your invoices, your payment provider relationship, or anything else on your behalf while you are blocked

Your fees keep accruing for services provided before the block.

How to get unblocked

Pay everything outstanding. That's it — there is no reactivation fee.

If amounts remain unpaid well after blocking, Komashi may terminate your Provider Agreement for material breach.

warning

Once you have paid Komashi at least once, Komashi charges your fees automatically to the payment method you registered. Keep that card valid to avoid a block.
