How do I delete my Komashi account permanently?

Go to Settings → Basic, scroll to the bottom, and click Delete Provider. You stop being able to sell immediately, and there is no self-service way to undo it.

Your account first goes into soft delete — a deactivated, non-public state in which you keep read-only access to your data so you can export it. After the retention period in the Privacy Policy, the data is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

Export everything you need during the export window. Accrued Komashi fees remain payable after deletion.
