When do I receive my first payout?

To receive your first payout, complete the following steps:

  1. Add your billing details in Settings → Billing details.
  2. Add your bank account under Payment Providers.
  3. Upload a verification document.

Your request enters a Pending status while it is reviewed. Until that setup is complete you cannot take payments at all, so there is nothing to pay out.

Once it is done, your customers' payments go straight to you through your payment provider, and that provider decides when your first payout lands — under its own terms and schedule.

Komashi is not involved in the money flow. It never holds your money and does not process, release, or approve payouts.
