Why is my widget not showing on my website?

Check the following:

  1. Make sure you copied the widget code correctly from Settings → Widgets.
  2. Check that you replaced the placeholder ID (YOUR_SERVICE_ID or YOUR_SUBSCRIPTION_ID) with a real ID. The widget cannot render with the placeholder still in place.
  3. Verify the code is pasted in the right place on your website.
  4. Check that the code is not broken or missing any characters — data-komashi-widget and data-view are both required.
  5. Clear your browser cache and reload the page.

If the issue persists, copy the widget code again and replace the existing one.

If you are embedding the Subscription Details widget, also check that the subscription in data-subscription-id still exists and belongs to your provider.
