Komashi subscription
The Komashi subscription page shows your standing on the platform, your Komashi fees, and your billing status. Open Komashi subscription from the Control Center.
Rank and targets
Your account has a rank that reflects your activity (for example Starter, progressing toward Bronze). The page shows your current Revenue against the Target for the next rank.
Free subscriptions
Every provider gets a monthly free tier — your 10 highest-value invoices each month are free of Komashi fees. The remaining allowance is shown here (for example Free subscriptions — 10 / 10 left this month).
Billing status and Financial Performance
- Billing status — whether your Komashi fees are up to date, and your next payment date.
- Financial Performance — a summary of the revenue your Komashi fee is calculated from.
Billing history
Review past Komashi invoices under Billing history, and open the Billing Portal to manage your payment details.
View ranks
Click View ranks to open the pricing page, which lists the annual revenue bands and the fee rate for each — the Starter rate and the reduced loyalty rate that applies after 3 years. For how these fees are calculated, see Provider Fees.
The pricing page shows the bands in the currency you select. The binding rates and the USD bands they are derived from are in the Provider Fee Schedule.
