Yes, it is mandatory to provide company billing details. You can provide your billing details in Settings → Billing details.
Add the service you want to sell. This is the first step in the Required steps.
Before the Required steps, you create the provider itself — your branded workspace on Komashi. Open your profile and choose Create Your Provider.
Go to Settings → Basic, scroll to the bottom, and click Delete Provider. You stop being able to sell immediately, and there is no self-service way to undo it.
To start selling, complete these three steps in the Control Center.
Setting up your provider account takes less than 5 minutes. You need to create a service, add a payment provider, and fill in your billing details.
Deleting your provider account stops your business on Komashi immediately and leads to permanent deletion of your data. Read this page carefully before proceeding.
Create and manage the services you sell. Open Settings → Manage services in the Control Center.
Add links to your privacy policy and terms so customers can access these documents. This is the fourth step in the Required steps.
Invite users to your provider account to help you manage your services. Open Settings → Users & Permissions in the Control Center.
Your store URL changes immediately. Any existing links pointing to your old subdomain will stop working. Make sure to update any shared or embedded links after the change.
Your subdomain is your unique address on Komashi — for example, yourbrand.komashi.com. You can set it in Settings → Basic.
Your own — the one set in Settings → Basic → Timezone. Komashi billing cycles and partner payout calculations all use it, so your billing month begins on the 1st day at 00:00 in that time zone, not in UTC and not in your browser's time zone.
A provider is a branded workspace on Komashi — a subdomain managed by one or more users through the Komashi Control Center.
Check that your logo meets the recommended size requirements. An incorrectly sized image may appear stretched or cropped.
