Where can I find the terms of service and privacy policy?

All Komashi terms, policies and schedules are in the Legal section.

The ones most people need:

• General Terms of Service — applies to everyone
• Privacy Policy and the Cookie Notice
• Acceptable Use Policy and the Platform Guidelines — what you may and may not do, and how to do it well
• Currency Terms and the Supported Currencies — which currency you are invoiced in, and how amounts are converted
• Provider Terms and the Provider Fee Schedule — if you sell through Komashi
• Partner Terms and the Partner Commission Schedule — if you refer providers
• End User Terms and the Model Withdrawal Form — if you buy from a provider
• Brand Guidelines — binding rules for using the Komashi name and logo

The Terms are also published in a machine-readable format at /legal/terms.json, as required by Article 14(1) of the Digital Services Act.
