Notes — please read
1. You do not have to use this form. You may withdraw by any clear statement — an email to info@komashi.com or a message through the Platform is enough. This form exists so that you have a ready-made option, not because it is required.
2. Who this form is for. Under Provider Terms Section 8.1a, a Private Provider — a Provider who is not acting in the course of a trade, business, craft or profession — may withdraw from the Provider Agreement within fourteen (14) days of entering into it, without giving any reason and at no cost.
A Business Provider does not have this right; the position is set out in Provider Terms Sections 1.3–1.3d, and whether you are one or the other is a question of fact, not of what either of us calls it (Section 1.3c).
3. If you are an End User. Your purchase is from the Provider, not from Komashi (End User Terms Section 1.2), so any withdrawal right in respect of that purchase is exercised against that Provider and on that Provider's terms — this form will not reach them. The Provider's identity and contact details are shown on its page and on your order confirmation. Your separate rights in respect of the Komashi Platform itself are in End User Terms Section 7.
4. Effect of withdrawal. Komashi will acknowledge receipt without undue delay. Withdrawal ends the Provider Agreement; it does not by itself end your obligations to your own End Users for services already sold through the Platform (Provider Terms Section 8.1(b)). Data handling after termination follows Privacy Policy Section 9.2.
5. Timing. The fourteen days run from the day the Provider Agreement was entered into. Sending your statement before the period expires is enough — it does not have to reach us before then.
