Set up legal links

Add links to your privacy policy and terms so customers can access these documents. This is the fourth step in the Required steps.

These must be your own documents

You sell to your customers under your own contract — Komashi is not a party to it. You are responsible for your own terms, your own privacy policy, and your own cancellation and refund policy, and for meeting the consumer protection rules that apply to your customers. Do not link to Komashi's terms here.

You are also the controller of your customers' personal data; Komashi is your processor under the Data Processing Agreement. Your privacy policy must tell your customers what you do with their data.

Steps​

  1. Go to the Required steps in the left sidebar, or Settings → Basic.
  2. Click the pencil icon next to Privacy policy, paste the full URL of your privacy policy page, and click Save changes.
  3. Repeat for Terms.
