Will I get a refund if I cancel early?
Refunds are handled by the provider under their own refund and cancellation policy, not by Komashi. Contact your provider directly. Their policy is shown on their page or given to you before you buy.
When you cancel, the provider determines whether your access ends immediately or continues until the end of the current billing period. This depends on how the provider has configured their cancellation settings.
If you have a 14-day right of withdrawal and it applies to your purchase, you exercise it against the provider — the provider is responsible for honouring it and for telling you before purchase whether it applies. Exceptions exist, for example for services performed immediately with your consent, or leisure services booked for a specific date.
End User → Payment Provider → Provider
Komashi never holds your payment, so it cannot issue or process a refund. Any refund is paid by the provider through the payment provider.
Nothing here reduces the consumer rights the law of your country gives you.
