Billing Profiles

A billing profile is a billing identity you keep in your Komashi account — a name, country, VAT number, and address that appears on the invoices for your subscriptions. You can keep several (for example a personal one and a company one) and choose which profile each subscription is billed to.

Browse Services

You reach a provider's services through the provider's own storefront, not through a central directory. A provider shares their store with you in one of these ways:

Can I share my subscription with someone else?

You can share your billing profile with other users. They will be able to view the subscriptions and invoices associated with that profile, with access rights depending on their assigned role.

How do I contact the provider directly?

Contact details are available on the provider's storefront page. You can also reach out through the Komashi Help Center if you need assistance finding your provider's contact information.

How do I pause my subscription?

Pausing a subscription is not currently supported. You can cancel your subscription, which remains active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I reactivate a canceled subscription?

A canceled subscription does not renew automatically. To regain access, subscribe to the service again through the provider's storefront. Alternatively, contact the provider — an admin can rebuild the subscription on their side.

When will I be charged after subscribing?

You are charged immediately when you subscribe. Your next charge will be on the same date in the following billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you chose).

Will I get a refund if I cancel early?

Refunds are handled by the provider under their own refund and cancellation policy, not by Komashi. Contact your provider directly. Their policy is shown on their page or given to you before you buy.

Your storefront account

When you open a provider's storefront (for example yourbrand.komashi.com) and sign in, you get an account area for managing everything you have with that provider — and across providers you use.
