Your storefront account

When you open a provider's storefront (for example yourbrand.komashi.com) and sign in, you get an account area for managing everything you have with that provider — and across providers you use.

Home

The Home page is the provider's landing page, built in their Layout editor. It shows the provider's hero section, plan comparison, add-ons, and one-time services, so you can browse and subscribe.

My subscriptions

My subscriptions lists your subscriptions with their plan, status, and price. From here you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel where the provider allows it, and open the related invoices. Your subscriptions are grouped by the billing profile they are billed to.

Manage your billing identities — see Billing Profiles for creating, choosing, and sharing them.

Settings

The Settings area (in the user menu) is where you manage your account preferences.

Switching providers

If you use more than one Komashi-powered provider, a provider switcher in the header lets you move between their storefronts without signing in again.

Notifications

A notification bell in the header surfaces updates about your subscriptions and invoices.
