What qualifies as a valid referral?

A valid Level 1 referral is a provider who registers using your active referral link or code.

A valid Level 2 referral is a provider who registers through your direct partner's active referral link.

For commission to accrue, all of the following must be true:

• The referred provider is a new Komashi customer — not an existing or recently terminated account
• The provider accepts the Provider Terms and its account is activated
• The referral was not obtained through prohibited marketing or in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy
• The provider generates paid Komashi fees above its free tier

A provider can be attributed to only one partner at each level, and Komashi's attribution records decide it. Komashi may also decline to accept a referred provider — for legal, risk, or acceptable-use reasons.
