Do I earn the same commission for new and existing customers?

Your commission rate is based on the referred provider's annual revenue tier — not on whether that provider's customers are new or existing. Every paid Komashi fee that provider generates above their free tier earns you commission at the same rate.

You earn commission from each referred provider for 3 years (36 months) from the date their account is activated. After 3 years, commission from that provider stops — so keep adding new providers to grow your income.
