Partner Revenues (Level 1)

This guide explains how Level 1 partner commissions work and how much revenue you can earn from providers who register using your referral code.

What Are Level 1 Revenues?

When a provider signs up using your referral code, they become part of your Level 1 portfolio.

You earn a percentage-based commission on every fee that provider pays to Komashi above the free usage tier.

  • No commission is generated from free usage
  • Commissions are calculated only on paid Komashi fees
  • Earnings scale with the provider’s growth

How Commission Is Calculated

Your commission rate depends on the provider’s annual revenue.

As providers grow:

  • The percentage rate decreases
  • The revenue base increases

This ensures fair pricing for large providers while still offering strong earning potential for partners.

Level 1 Commission Tiers

Provider Annual Revenue (USD)Your Commission (L1)
$0 – $150,0002.50%
$150,000 – $300,0001.75%
$300,000 – $1,500,0001.40%
$1,500,000 – $3,000,0001.20%
Above $3,000,0001.00%

The commission percentage applies to the fees paid to Komashi, not the provider’s full revenue.

Your Level 1 rate is included within the commission the referred provider already pays — it never adds anything to their bill. Komashi pays you out of its own revenue. Across all partners and both levels, the total commission paid on any invoice can never exceed what Komashi actually received on that invoice.

Commission Duration – 3 Years

You earn commissions from each referred provider for 3 years (36 months) starting from the date that provider's account is activated.

  • Predictable, medium-term recurring income
  • After 3 years, commissions for that provider stop
  • No commission accrues while a referred provider's account is blocked or terminated
  • You can continuously add new providers to grow your earnings

How you get paid

Commission is calculated monthly and credited to your partner account automatically once the referred provider has actually paid its Komashi fees. Komashi collects the fee first, then pays you — if the provider does not pay, no commission arises.

Payout itself is not automatic. You request it.

  • Request payouts in the Payouts section of the Partner Program area
  • Payout date: the 20th of each month. Request on or before the 20th and it is due that month; request after the 20th and it is due on the 20th of the following month
  • All payouts are made in USD
  • Minimum payout threshold: USD 20 — anything below rolls over to the next month
  • You need valid payout details and, where applicable, tax documentation or a VAT invoice on file
  • You can request a payout only while you are in good standing toward Komashi — your own Komashi fees settled, or an active provider account
If you close your partner account

Commission that has accrued but has not yet been paid out to you is forfeited on termination. Request your payout before closing your account.

note

The binding rates, threshold, and payout dates are the ones in the Partner Commission Schedule (Schedule 1 to the Partner Terms). If the dashboard, the calculator, or this page disagrees with that Schedule, the Schedule applies.

Level 1 revenues reward you directly for bringing real value to the Komashi platform by onboarding active providers.
