Yes. Operator access can be restricted per provider. There is also a separate toggle to control whether an operator can apply discounts at checkout.
Use the Activity Log in your account. It records the actor's role, name, email, context, and event type for every action — so you can see exactly who did what and when.
1. Go to Settings → Users and Permissions.
Go to Settings → Users and Permissions, find the user, and click the trash icon to remove them. Their access is revoked immediately.
Invite users to your provider account to help you manage your services. Open Settings → Users & Permissions in the Control Center.
The user immediately loses access to your provider account. Their previous actions are not affected. You can re-invite them at any time from Settings → Users and Permissions.
Both roles can access the admin workspace, but they have different levels of access.
