In the API Settings section, you can modify the permissions of your API keys.

Can I connect Komashi to my CRM?

Yes. Use webhooks to push Komashi events to your CRM in real time, or use the API to sync customer and subscription data on demand.

Can I restrict API access by IP address?

IP-based API access restrictions are not currently supported. You can control access by assigning only the necessary permissions to each API key and deleting keys that are no longer needed.

Can I use Komashi with Shopify?

Yes. You can embed the Komashi Widget on your Shopify store by adding the widget code to your theme. For deeper integration, use the Komashi API.

Can I use Komashi with WordPress?

Yes. You can embed the Komashi Widget on any WordPress site by pasting the widget code into your page or template. Alternatively, use the API to integrate Komashi data into your WordPress site.

Can I use the API without a widget?

Yes. The API and the widget are independent. You can use the API on its own to query and manage your Komashi data without embedding the widget on your website.

Can I use Zapier or Make with Komashi?

Yes. You can connect Zapier or Make to Komashi using webhooks. Set up a webhook in Settings → Webhooks and use the endpoint URL as the trigger in your Zapier or Make workflow.

How to delete your provider account

Deleting your provider account stops your business on Komashi immediately and leads to permanent deletion of your data. Read this page carefully before proceeding.

MCP Endpoint

Komashi exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint so AI clients and agents can work with your Komashi data directly — reading services, customers, subscriptions and invoices, and performing the actions your token permits — without you writing an API client first.
