Create, edit, and delete discount coupons. Open Settings → Coupon management in the Control Center.

Go to Manage Coupons and click the Edit button next to the coupon you want to disable. Then click on Disable this coupon button. Click on Update Coupon button to save your changes.

Yes, you can limit the number of times a coupon can be used after creation. Go to Manage Coupons and click the Edit button next to the coupon you want to limit. Then click on Limit coupon usage button. Click on Update Coupon button to save your changes.

Both customers can use the coupon as long as there is no usage limit set. If you want to restrict usage, set a Usage Limit per Customer when creating or editing the coupon in Coupon Management.

Disabling a coupon makes it inactive temporarily. It cannot be used by new customers, but it can be re-enabled at any time.
